This notice explains the limited information used when you browse the website, create a basket or choose to contact Manchester Peptides.Information you choose to provide
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service processes the account details and message information you choose to send. Do not include medical records, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
Basket information
Your basket is stored locally in your browser so it remains available while you browse. Selecting Checkout sends the selected list to this website to format a WhatsApp message, then opens WhatsApp. You decide whether to send that message. Use Clear in the basket or clear browser-site data to remove the saved list.
Technical information
Like most hosted websites, security and operational logs may record limited technical information such as requested pages, timestamps, browser details and network identifiers. This information is used for website delivery, security, fault diagnosis and aggregate performance monitoring.
Optional analytics
You will be asked for permission before optional analytics are recorded. If accepted, anonymous aggregate events may record page views, referring websites, website searches, product-detail interactions, basket actions, checkout clicks and outbound support links. These records do not contain names, account identifiers, IP addresses, basket contents or WhatsApp-message contents. You can decline analytics and continue using the catalogue, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days; the dashboard shows the latest 30 days. Google Analytics may also be enabled under the same consent choice when configured.
Third-party links
The website links to services and sources including WhatsApp, PubMed, the NHS, NICE, ClinicalTrials.gov and independent laboratories. Their own privacy notices apply after you follow those links.
Your choices
You may choose not to use WhatsApp and may browse the public educational pages without submitting an enquiry. For a privacy question or request, use the contact page and clearly mark the message “Privacy”.
